Feedback & Reviews
- Shiraz Farrand, EMDR consultant
"Yes - I do enthusiastically recommend the workshop. I would say it is a paradigm shift in how we approach supporting clients living with OCD" About our consultation groups: "EMDR for OCD offers insightful, practical guidance in a supportive environment. It's a valuable space to deepen clinical understanding, explore complex cases, and gain confidence in applying EMDR with OCD. I like the fact you had three experts to share ideas and experience which gave me a full rounded view. I'd highly recommend it to any practitioner looking to strengthen their skills in this area"
- Hector Pereles, Licensed Counselor (USA)
The fact that it practices EMDR therapy in an integrative fashion, especially as it integrates attachment-based interventions as the psychology literature has established a clear link between OCD and attachment insecurity. ERP is effective for OCD but not for everyone with OCD; Therefore, some people who experience OCD can definitely benefit from other approach(es) that may even integrate ERP.

"I have already recommended it and would explain it (through an ai-emdr lens) as exploring, how did the person get to be this way, where and in what context did they learn this strategy that was helpful in some way as an attachment adaption or survival strategy but now no longer serves them hence seeking support to change"
